Murder Ball is one of the Dirty Tricks the players can use in Mutant Football League. It is obtained by downloading the Werewolf Rampage Pack DLC along with the New Goreleans Zombies, Karcass City Creeps and the Sticky Ball Dirty Trick.

This is a pass play. The quarterback chooses whichever receiver he wants to pass to. When the ball is passed, it travels on a straight path to that receiver, blades extend out of the ball killing all opposing players it comes in contact with. No defender will be able to intercept or deflect a Murder Ball.
